Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels within 30 days of their charter, the deposit will be forfeited, of the client cancels within 14 days, the balance of the charter will be due in full. No shows will be charged the full price of their scheduled trip to the credit card used for the deposit. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact Captain Edward who will attempt to reschedule your trip without penalty. The captain may cancel at any time with regard to emergency or safety (vessel condition, weather, etc). Deposit will be fully refunded if the captain is forced to cancel. If your charter has begun, your final balance will be prorated by the captain depending on the circumstances.
